RDA112RZ is a 12-bit DAC with a data update rate over
1.5GS/s. It has been optimized for ultra high-speed applications.
The DAC utilizes a segmented
current source to reduce the glitch energy and to achieve high linearity
performance. A track and hold circuit is integrated to give
a flat response at the second
Nyquist analog band.
