Our foundry is ISO 9001 certified and delivers MIL-B qualified chips to our customers. Teledyne Scientific Company's semiconductor technology is supported by design kits with active and passive device models, design-rule checking, and parasite extraction. We offer moderate volume customization services in III-V [GaAs, InP, GaN, InAs] devices.
